                                  Joe Halloum | CEO

                                  Joe Halloum has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Novobi, He was a VP of Operations at Infor, a leading ERP and enterprise software company.

                                  Joe has also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Gilbarco-Veeder Root, the world's leading manufacturer of fuel dispensers and payment and media platforms, along with other forecourt and point of service products. Having led several global engineering teams, he has gained valuable experience in designing, optimizing, and manufacturing high quality products for the retail petroleum industry. Under Joe’s leadership, the engineering teams achieved great success in delivering tailored global solutions which featured enterprise POS with built-in PCI and EMV compliant payment systems to many of Gilbarco’s customers namely Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Costco, Buc-ee’s, Sheetz, among others.

                                  Joe was also the founder and CEO of Starmount, an omni-channel software company, with clients including large retail chains like Abercrombie & Fitch, Burlington Coat Factory, Perry Ellis, Urban Outfitters, Pep Boys, REI, Sears, Tractor Supply, and Zumiez. Starmount was acquired by Infor in 2016.

                                  Joe spent over 7 years as the VP of Professional Services and then Senior VP of Engineering at 360Commerce, the leader in enterprise POS, real-time retail operational intelligence, and in-store technologies in the early 2000s. 360Commerce was acquired by Oracle in 2006. 

                                  Joe earned his MBA from St. Ambrose University and a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Iowa State University. With his accomplishments in retail and manufacturing industries, Joe helps center Novobi’s focus on delivering results for its clients to help them grow, scale, and gain a competitive edge using Odoo as a strategic tool for their business.

                                  Ha Pham | President & COO

                                  Ha Pham has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and cloud computing. He was an SAP and AWS technologies consultant to multiple US and Global Fortune 500 companies including McKesson, Levi Strauss, Sony, Aramark, Dermalogica/Unilever, and Deichmann. Ha was a former lecturer of Software Engineering at the Hochiminh City University of Technology and is currently a member of the Industry Advisory Board to the Department of Computer Science at the University of Dayton.

                                  Ha founded Novobi in 2008 with the goal of delivering custom business software solutions to its clients. Novobi successfully helped many clients develop complex software products from the ground up including Telemedicine, EHR (Electronic Medical Record), E-Prescribing, Clinical Quality Measures, etc. In 2013, Novobi started implementing Odoo and, in less than three years, was able to achieve Gold Partner status. Under Ha’s supervision, Novobi has emerged as an ERP implementation powerhouse for the manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and service industries. Novobi has delivered over 150 Odoo solutions with a client retention exceeding 98%.

                                   In 2016, Ha directed the Novobi team to achieve the CMMI Level 3 certification, an IT implementation maturity certification program designed by the Carnegie Mellon University. Ha also set the strategy for Novobi to build expertise in Cloud and Data Analytics, particularly Odoo Accounting and Payroll, to help clients turn Odoo into strategic business platforms. 

                                  Ha earned his MBA and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah. His experience in the academe and as a consultant to Fortune 500 enterprises serve as the solid foundations upon which Novobi's operational excellence is built to continue providing impeccable service to the clients.

                                  Myron Mixon | CFO

                                  Myron Mixon has over 50 years of experience in accounting and finance. He has served as CFO for several companies including Starmount, Cascadera, MagnaSolve, and MeBeBot where he helped most of them close $10MM+ funding rounds and $80MM+ M&As.

                                  Myron has also spent 15+ years as the founder and owner of NationsPlan, an Insurance Agency that served car owners in Texas.

                                  Myron holds a BBA degree in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business. As Novobi's Chief Financial Officer, Myron drives the company's financial planning, risk management analysis, and cash flow optimization for operations. Myron also lends his knowledge and guides Novobi’s clients to an effective accounting and finance implementation on Odoo. 

                                  Lander Coronado-Garcia

                                  VP of Business Consulting

                                  Lander Coronado-Garcia has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting, executive consulting, and business leadership. Before joining Novobi, Lander was a Director at Thinktiv, a leading business management and digital transformation consulting firm. At Thinktiv, Lander helped build an advisory practice that supported over $25B in private equity transactions and executed dozens of value-creation programs within private equity portfolios.

                                   Lander started his career at Accenture, where he spent 4 years designing and building strategic enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 clients such as Nielsen and AT&T. 

                                   Lander has also co-founded, has been a board member, and has acted as an advisor for various companies such as Techstars, Thread, CMAsnap, Allhers, and Accipiter Advisors.

                                  Lander holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSE  in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. As Novobi’s VP of Business Consulting, Lander is helping Novobi prepare for its next stage of growth by leading professional services development and working with Novobi’s clients to execute digital transformation effectively.

                                  Michael Mann

                                  VP of Services

                                  Michael Mann has over 30 years of experience in leading IT solution delivery to large organizations including Gap, T-Mobile, KB Toys, Stein Mart, Scheels Sports, Bose, Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, Vans and Zumiez. He also spearheaded several strategic initiatives including a multi-year project to transform store operations at Pep Boys.

                                  Michael has co-founded and has served as the President of Cascadera, a premier Oracle Micros systems integrator. Cascadera helped many large retailers such as Coldwater Creek, Luxottica, Polo, Brooks Brothers, Comcast, Godiva, J.Crew, Lululemon, and Ulta, modernize and streamline their retail store operations. Cascadera was acquired by Logic in 2015.

                                  Michael has also held the position of Director of Micros Development at Logic Information Systems where he built a team of over 100 professionals to deliver Oracle Retail’s in-store products to several clients around the world.

                                  Michael also co-founded Starmount and was the Engagement Manager who helped grow its revenue and position the company for the acquisition by Infor.

                                  Michael earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. As the VP of Services, Michael ensures that Novobi will provide high-quality solutions to help clients improve their businesses. 

                                  David Inbar

                                  VP of Data Analytics

                                  David Inbar leads Novobi’s Data Analytics team. Prior to joining the team, he co-founded Dejalytics, Inc. and 20/20 strategies. David has also worked as a Sr. Director of Innovation for Pervasive Software and as a VP of Sales & Marketing for Data Junction Corp.

                                  David earned his MBA from London Business School and has a degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in data management and analytics. As the VP for Analytics, David provides consulting for Data Analytics and leads the Novobi team in delivering critical solutions for our clients.


                                  Rina Florido

                                  Director of Marketing

                                  Rina Florido leads Novobi’s branding and marketing efforts and is a key member of the project delivery team. As a marketing consultant, she has worked with web developers for front-end design optimization and with business owners to improve their online presence. She leads the marketing team in elevating Novobi's brand, services, and products to the forefront of the Odoo community.

                                  Rina graduated with a Communication Technology and Broadcast Journalism degree from the University of Texas, Arlington. Being a business solutions provider at her core with more than 15 years of experience in different fields, Rina plays a key role in both project delivery and brand promotion.

                                  Vincent Cortez

                                  Account Executive

                                  Vincent Cortez oversees Novobi’s accounts management and relationships. He has worked for some of the biggest companies in the US and overseas. He has been an Account Manager for Fujitsu and a solutions architect for WeCare Technology Solutions. He also served as the industry head of several business units for Globe Telecom, one of the telco giants in the Philippines.

                                  Vincent earned a degree in Computer Application and Information Science from San Beda University. Armed with over 20 years of experience in sales, management, and leadership, Vince sees to it that the relationships between Novobi and its clients continue to be foundational, meaningful, and fruitful.

                                  Romke Jonker

                                  Principal Enterprise Architect

                                  Romke Jonker is the Principal Enterprise Architect of Novobi. He has over two decades of experience designing and building financial, eCommerce, and ERP solutions for global brands like Yamaha Motors, 3M, McKesson, and Levi Strauss.

                                  Romke has Master’s degrees in both Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Twente University. He is a certified Java Developer, Programmer, Web Component Developer, SAP Commerce (Hybris) Core Developer, Commerce Developer, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Scrum Professional. A true innovator, Romke is an early adopter of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Safe. He is also the architect responsible for designing one of the world’s biggest B2B eCommerce systems, processing over $50 billion in annual sales. Today, Romke continues to lead teams and build software solutions in Novobi.

                                  Lee Lou

                                  Manager, Odoo Consulting

                                  Lee Lou is one of Novobi’s Odoo Consulting Managers. He has over eight years of experience in implementing ERP and eCommerce solutions through Novobi, using both Odoo and Magento. He has also developed expertise in many business models, including B2B, B2C, D2C, ETO/MTO, and proficiency in Scrum management, business analytics, and DevOps.

                                  Lee obtained an MS degree in Business Analytics from California State University and a BS degree in Computer Science from the Hochiminh City University of Technology. He is both a Magento Certified Professional Developer and an Odoo Certified Consultant. As a core member of the Novobi team, Lee was instrumental in delivering our very first Odoo solution in 2014. Since then, he has led the implementation of over 40 Odoo solutions in the retail, manufacturing, and service industries and continues to provide top-notch consultation to our clients.

                                  Nguyen Hoang

                                  Manager, Odoo Consulting

                                  Nguyen Hoang is one of Novobi’s Odoo Consulting Managers. He is Novobi's first Engineer and has been part of the team since graduating from the Hochiminh City University of Technology with a BS degree in Computer Science. Notably, Nguyen has also experienced working as a web developer at Epsilon Mobile.

                                  Nguyen is an Odoo Certified Consultant with an Odoo Functional Certification. He is the brilliant mind behind every Novobi product and product feature and is responsible for building Novobi's entire Odoo team. Through his extensive knowledge of Odoo functionalities and strong experience in Odoo custom development, Nguyen leads not only the entire Odoo engineering team of Novobi but also our Odoo implementation projects for clients across the US.

                                  Hien Pham

                                  Manager of Professional Services 

                                  Hien Pham is the Manager of Professional Services at Novobi. Previously, she was a business administrator at Viettel Corporation, Accounts Receivable Supervisor at TNT Express, and Accounts Payable Accountant and Financial Analyst at Far East Medical Vietnam. She has experienced working as a general accountant at Wheatland Dental Care and volunteered as an Income Tax Assistant at the IRS.

                                  Hien has a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert and Odoo Certified Consultant. With over 12 years of experience in the full cycle of accounting, payroll, and financial accounting analysis, over five years of experience in Odoo Finance Implementation, and over 15 years of experience in US GAAP & International Accounting Standards (IFRS), Hien ensures that the accounting needs of every Novobi client are met and addressed.

                                  Summer Nguyen

                                  Manager, DevOps & Odoo Support

                                  Summer Nguyen manages Novobi's DevOps including Cloud Enablement and Odoo Support. He has worked as a system engineer across various businesses, including VNG Corporation, TTV Online, and MySQUAR. His expertise includes Linux Administration, Database Administration, as well as Automation in Configuration Management, and Infrastructure as code. 

                                  Summer earned an MS Degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton and a BS degree in Computer Science from the Hochiminh City University of Technology. He is also an Amazon Web Services (AWS) certified Cybersecurity Professional, Associate Solution Architect, and Professional DevOps Engineer. With over eight years of experience in designing and operating high-load systems on both on-premise and cloud, Summer brings reliable and high-availability systems on AWS to empower our clients to focus on their businesses.

                                  Hoa Nguyen

                                  Manager, Quality Control

                                  Hoa is the Quality Control Manager of Novobi. She has over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and has been on the Novobi team since she graduated from the Hochiminh City University of Technology, where she received her BS degree in Computer Science. Hoa has also previously worked as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Fossil Group, Inc.

                                  Hoa is an ISTQB certified tester, a Professional Scrum Product Owner I, and has an Odoo v14 Functional Certification. With her solid knowledge of software development life cycle models and methodologies, Hoa has helped build Novobi’s software development process and continues to be responsible for the quality of Novobi’s several Odoo implementation projects.
