Ha Pham

Chief Executive Officer

Ha Pham is the driving force behind the innovative strides that Novobi has taken since its inception. With a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades, Ha’s take on life adds wisdom and a unique perspective to the team’s dynamics.

There was a time when he was a total workaholic, crunching in a whopping 60-80 hours per week! Thanks to a little nudge from his better half, he had this lightbulb moment. Suddenly, the magic of downtime clicked for him. After the first vacation he has taken in years, Ha bounced back like a whole new person – sharper, revved up, and ready to crush challenges like a total champ.

When Ha isn’t charting the course for Novobi’s success, you’ll find him channeling his inner master craftsman. Whether he’s whipping up engineering marvels or tending to his garden, his hobbies are a testament to his knack for precision and a healthy dose of out-of-the-box thinking.

Ha’s also got a hidden talent: He can cook. What’s more surprising is he does not just follow recipes; he creates his own mouthwatering dishes! Take his latest masterpiece, for instance—cinnamon and maple syrup roasted pecans. It’s become a family favorite. His Mom and kids love it so much, it will soon be promoted to an heirloom.

When life throws curveballs, Ha takes a page from the success stories of his heroes. He looks up to legends like Chung Ju-yung, John D. Rockefeller, and John Paul DeJoria, soaking in their wisdom to stay steady and conquer challenges, big or small.

Every day, Ha makes sure to keep the balance in check and the focus razor-sharp by diving into tales of triumph from both the business world and personal well-being. Whether he’s reading, tuning into stories, or stretching those muscles, it’s all about staying grounded and ready to take on whatever comes his way.

Ha’s leadership is a blend of experience, a dash of contemplation, and a huge serving of creativity. As Novobi’s CEO, he’s all about steering the ship toward greatness, embracing growth, and guiding the entire company with a holistic approach that values every aspect of the journey—from the big picture down to the tiniest details.

Kaden Nguyen

Director of Consulting

Kaden Nguyen is the powerhouse that fuels innovation and customer-centric thinking at Novobi. He’s the master of untangling even the most intricate challenges. As our Director of Consulting, Kaden injects a fresh perspective into the mix.

One game-changing moment that still gets Kaden’s gears turning was when he whipped up a rapid prototype and deployed a modern web application on top of SAP ERP using APIs. Watching customers light up as they interacted with the new interface opened his eyes to a world of unmet needs. This “eureka” made him realize a very important lesson that has guided him in his still blossoming career – that problems are just creative challenges waiting to be solved.

There’s actually more to Kaden than boardroom brilliance. When he’s not conjuring consulting magic, he’s diving into the world of real estate investment. He’s got an entrepreneurial streak and a taste for diversification to keep things interesting.

Here’s the kicker: when he’s not crunching numbers, Kaden’s tearing it up on the dance floor with some serious country moves. It’s the kind of hidden talent that gets everyone revved up and gets everyone on their feet – much like how he is when leading meetings.

When the going gets tough, Kaden gets thinking. His secret sauce? Tackling challenges head-on with a side of critical thinking and a dash of root cause analysis. He’s all about digging deep and nipping those problems in the bud.

But hey, life’s not all work and no play. Kaden’s daily ritual? Hitting the gym to stay sharp and focused. Those spinning classes? That’s his latest uphill battle, showing his commitment to pushing limits.

In a nutshell, Kaden’s current path is one of growth, innovation, and knowing just what it takes to lead from the front. As Novobi’s Director of Consulting, he’s the poster child for thinking outside the box, keeping customers at the heart of everything we do, and shaking up the consulting world, one ingenious solution at a time.

Homer Britton

Consulting Manager

Homer Britton is the brain and the muscle that’s carrying Novobi’s consulting game to new heights. His career got a boost from an eye-opening internship. It threw him right into the world of program management and tech, sparking a curious fire that’s burning until now.

When he’s not at the forefront of Novobi’s consulting, he’s all about CrossFit. Not just as a hobby, mind you. He’s been at it for over 10 years and even got a Level 2 CrossFit trainer certification to prove it. It’s a blend of career curiosity and sweating it out that makes Homer unique and exciting.

Here’s a little nugget that might make you do a double-take – Homer’s actually the sixth “Homer” in his family. Not just a Junior, but a full-on VI. Now that’s what you call legacy!

Got a challenge on your hands? Homer’s your guy. He’s all about taking a step back, looking at the bigger picture, and not rushing into things. Case in point: when he switched teams in his last gig, he didn’t dive in headfirst. Nope, he took the time to get to know the crew and then made changes together.

Starting the day with a prayer is Homer’s way of setting the tone, keeping him grounded and ready to take on anything.

To fulfill his role, Homer draws upon his wealth of experiences and applies them to create a dynamic and impactful consulting environment. His understanding of various aspects of business, technology, fitness, and faith equips him to approach challenges from multiple angles.
His multifaceted expertise and forward-thinking attitude make him a great leader behind Novobi’s consulting prowess.

Back in the day, David had an AI startup that hit a bit of a snag – it didn’t quite take off. But you know what they say, you win or you learn. He realized that AI isn’t wizardry that simply runs on sophisticated code; it needs human guidance. This lightbulb moment shaped his approach to tech and customer success.

When he’s not busy cracking the customer success code, you’ll find David globe-trotting. He’s all about escaping the Texas heat and exploring as many countries as he can get his feet on. The world’s his oyster, and he’s got the passport stamps to prove it.

Now, here’s a fun twist: David’s got a hidden superpower – he’s a wild mushroom whisperer. He hunts them down, whips up scrumptious dishes, and avoids any mushroom-related mishaps like a pro.

David’s secret weapon for longevity in the industry? His team. He believes in their collective brainpower and problem-solving skills. It’s a philosophy that’s been golden, whether he’s diving into sales challenges, untangling marketing puzzles, or cracking the tech emergency code.
