Ha Pham

President/CEO

Ha Pham brings more than 25 years of experience across academia and the enterprise software industry, having helped organizations ranging from Fortune 10 companies to startups through digital transformation. A certified SAP Commerce architect and former university lecturer in Software Engineering, he applies enterprise-class architecture and process maturity to Odoo and AI implementations. As Novobi’s founder and CEO, he holds the firm to that same standard, reflected in the discipline behind Novobi’s CMMI Level 3 certification and the 100% customer retention rate published in Odoo’s partner directory.

David Smith

Chief Marketing Officer

David Smith owns marketing at Novobi: positioning, messaging, demand generation, content, and go-to-market planning for the manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and service markets the firm targets. He entered marketing through the business itself, with more than 20 years in IT consulting, client services, and technology sales leadership before building marketing functions for both SaaS companies and consulting firms. That path is why he starts with business strategy rather than campaigns, pressure-testing what buyers struggle with so the firm’s technical depth reaches them in terms an owner or CFO can act on.

Anne Engin

Director of Client Partnership

Anne Engin leads Novobi’s Client Partnership, bringing more than 10 years of consultative selling and Odoo implementations across 65+ ERP projects. These projects span the automotive, watercraft, cannabis, medical devices, aerospace, and nuclear energy sectors, as well as the retail and government sectors. She holds both Odoo and METRC certifications. She builds account relationships and vendor partnerships that extend Novobi’s capabilities, translating a deep understanding of each business into implementation requirements that consolidate fragmented systems into a single comprehensive ERP. Her strength is capturing tribal knowledge and institutional details that ensure project success.

Lee Lou

Director of Delivery

Lee Lou oversees delivery across every Novobi engagement, taking full accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction from kickoff through go-live and long-term support. With more than 12 years of Odoo experience, he sets the delivery standards our consultants follow and guides architectural decisions on the most complex multi-platform implementations. Under his direction, teams consolidate fragmented systems into unified architectures that maximize business potential while eliminating the cost and constraints of redundant software licenses. He is the link between client stakeholders and Novobi’s engineering teams.

Hien Pham, CPA

Director of Financial Consulting

Hien Pham leads financial consulting at Novobi, bringing more than 10 years of Odoo Accounting experience and both CPA and Odoo certifications to the firm’s most demanding finance implementations. She works directly with client controllers and CFOs to translate complex requirements into Odoo solutions that withstand audit scrutiny, covering multi-entity structures, revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, and consolidations. She bridges the technology and business consulting teams so configurations reflect how the finance function needs to operate. She also safeguards Novobi’s financial integrity and compliance with US accounting standards.

Ri Na

Director of Business Operations and People

Ri Na brings more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience across construction, broadcasting, services, and government contracting, along with more than 10 years of Odoo experience. As Director of Business Operations and People, she is responsible for how Novobi runs and how it grows: the internal systems, processes, and workflows that keep the firm efficient, and the hiring, onboarding, and development practices that support a globally distributed team. Her focus is on business outcomes, reducing friction and risk, and building an organization that scales without losing what makes it work.

Tien Le

Managing Director, Europe and Asia

Tien Le directs the consulting, engineering, and delivery capabilities that underpin the firm’s international ERP work, in close partnership with U.S. leadership. With more than 19 years of experience across SAP, NetSuite, and Odoo, he has led or supported more than 50 ERP projects spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and multi-entity operations. He manages delivery risk through clear scope, realistic planning, and early escalation, and is now pairing that discipline with AI-enabled delivery while developing the consultants and project leaders who carry the standard forward.

Juan Flores

Head of PMO Practice

Juan Flores leads Novobi’s PMO practice, owning the standards, governance, and reporting that keep every client project predictable. He monitors portfolio health across scope, timeline, budget, staffing, and risk, providing leadership and clients with real-time visibility and surfacing issues early. He also develops Novobi’s next generation of project leaders through structured mentorship and the PM Community of Practice. Juan brings 25 years of experience in government and higher education, having led technical teams through enterprise solution design, development, and deployment.

Jason Wong

Head of Consulting Practice

Jason Wong leads Novobi’s consulting practice. With more than 11 years of Odoo implementation experience across the manufacturing and retail industries, he upholds the solution design standards and discovery methods our consultants follow on every engagement. He builds consulting capability across the firm, developing analysts and consultants into senior solution leaders through mentorship, training, and structured reviews of their work. An Odoo-certified business analyst, he stays close to the toughest solution decisions and translates client operations into designs that development teams can execute.
