Enterprise ERP rollouts rarely treat accessibility as a first-class requirement, but for organizations with staff who are blind or visually impaired, retrofitting Odoo after go-live is expensive and disruptive. This session shared lessons from a real-world Odoo v19 deployment built for employees with visual impairments from day one, including what only surfaces once those users are in the system and how to keep pace as new modules come online.
