Enterprise ERP rollouts rarely treat accessibility as a first-class requirement, but for organizations with blind and low-vision staff, retrofitting Odoo after go-live is expensive and disruptive. This session shares lessons from a real-world Odoo v19 deployment built for visually impaired employees from day one, including what only surfaces once those users are in the system and how to keep pace as new modules come online.
