About the Role

As our company continues to help businesses in their digital transformation journey, we are actively seeking ERP Technical Consultants/Full-stack Developers to join our Development Center in Vietnam and help implement Odoo ERP solutions. You will play a crucial role in implementing and deploying Odoo ERP solutions for clients in the retail, manufacturing, and service sectors.

As a valued member of our team, you will work with Odoo, an ERP platform built on Python, PostgreSQL, and HTML/Javascript/XML. Your responsibilities will also include participating in software validation and verification processes to ensure the delivery of quality products that not only meet our customers’ needs but also exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business analyst and quality assurance teams to analyze requirements and conduct gap analysis to provide implementation solutions.

  • Process requirements into individual tasks for implementation.

  • Create acceptance criteria and test cases/checklists with assistance from the QA team in order to verify the deliverables.

  • Develop software solutions for clients’ businesses on the Odoo ERP platform, using full-stack MVC framework (Python, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap/Node.js, etc.).

  • Assist Project Managers in the timeline, budget, and scope of the projects.

  • Validate and verify software to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Participate in project Go-live and technical support during and after project delivery

  • Participate in R&D to apply emerging technologies and innovations to retail/manufacturing businesses.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve development processes and procedures for increasing efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Requirements
